Thank you for reaching out and for thinking of me for this project — it was a pleasure connecting after our conversation today. I'd be happy to assist you and your client in finding the perfect venue in Gdansk.
The brief sounds very interesting, and I'm confident we can find something truly special that goes beyond a standard hotel conference room. Please note that while the Tri-City region offers a number of top-tier event spaces, most of them are already fully booked for June 2026 due to the high summer season.
The three venues below have been personally selected and held under my name until 10 May 2026. These proposals are preliminary — once you share more details about your agenda, I can help finalise the reservation. Each venue can also arrange additional elements after the official programme: open bars, a served dinner, entertainment, or anything else your client may wish for.

In the very heart of Gdansk's Old Town — connected to Nikka restaurant, SASSY bar, and Słony Spichlerz. Elevated panoramic view over the Motlawa River and the Old Town rooftops. Theatre setup with a small stage, LED display, event lighting, and banquet chairs for 100 guests. Exactly the kind of space your client has in mind.

Note on Equipment
LED display instead of a traditional projector. Banquet chairs. For simultaneous interpretation or additional AV, I can arrange this separately.
