Thank you for reaching out and for thinking of me for this project — it was a pleasure connecting after our conversation today. I'd be happy to assist you and your client in finding the perfect venue in Gdansk.

The brief sounds very interesting, and I'm confident we can find something truly special that goes beyond a standard hotel conference room. Please note that while the Tri-City region offers a number of top-tier event spaces, most of them are already fully booked for June 2026 due to the high summer season.

The three venues below have been personally selected and held under my name until 10 May 2026. These proposals are preliminary — once you share more details about your agenda, I can help finalise the reservation. Each venue can also arrange additional elements after the official programme: open bars, a served dinner, entertainment, or anything else your client may wish for.

All holds expire 10 May 2026.  Please confirm your interest as soon as possible so I can secure the date for you.

Fully Transparent Model

I work in a fully transparent model — no commissions from venues or suppliers. The fee of 3,000 PLN net covers everything at this stage: research, sourcing offers, preparing this proposal, and assisting you in securing the reservation of your chosen venue.

Any further collaboration — such as full event coordination, technical production, entertainment or on-site management — will be quoted separately at the next stage, once you decide on the direction. No hidden costs, no surprises.
